An introductory call to see if we’re a fit.

The process

01

Submit this form

Tell me a little about where you are and what you're looking for. It takes about two minutes.

02

A brief call within 24 hours

I'll reach out to arrange an introductory call – usually 20 to 30 minutes. No pitch. An honest conversation to see if there's a fit.

03

We decide together

If it feels right for both of us, we'll discuss the next steps. If it doesn't, I'll say so. No pressure either way.

What to expect

The introductory call is not a sales call. It is a conversation to understand where you are, what you’ve tried, what hasn’t worked, and whether what I do is genuinely what you need.

I will ask direct questions. I will give honest answers. If I don’t think this is the right fit – for you or for me – I will say so. That is not a failure. It is the only way to make sure the people I work with get real results.

If there is a fit, we’ll discuss the next step: a full assessment, a proposed programme structure, and how we’d work together. Nothing is committed until you’re ready.

Frequently asked

Sessions are held in the Cotswolds – at a private outdoor location or a suitable indoor space depending on the weather and the session focus. For clients further afield, I travel to you for an initial block, and we continue remotely. I also work in London periodically.

It depends on your goals, your starting point, and your schedule. Most clients work with me two to three times per week at the beginning, moving to one or two sessions once the programme is embedded and running independently. We'll discuss what's right for you on the introductory call.

The hybrid model means your coaching doesn't stop when you travel. In-person sessions establish the standards and the relationship. Remote sessions – via video, with structured programming sent in advance – maintain the programme when you can't be in the Cotswolds. The quality is the same. The format adapts to your life.

No. I work with people across a wide range of starting points – from those who haven't trained consistently in years to those who train regularly but know something is missing. The assessment tells me where you are. The programme takes it from there. What matters is that you're ready to commit to the process.

The conversation costs nothing.

The only way to know if this is right for you is to talk.
