Discipline and depth. One coach. Your entire physical life.

Private coaching across the Cotswolds.

You’ve built everything except the one thing that keeps it all running. You sleep five hours. You haven’t stretched in years. Your back hurts by 3 pm. You don’t need motivation. You need someone to take charge of it.

The COMMAND Framework

Seven pillars. One coach. The whole picture.

C
Conditioning
Strength and cardio. Structured, adapted, purposeful.
O
Oxygen
Breathwork and breathing. The first thing we fix.
M
Movement
Mobility and flexibility. The foundation everything else is built on.
M
Mindset
Discipline, focus, resilience. The Commando spirit.
A
Activity
Daily movement beyond the session. The other 23 hours.
N
Nutrition
Fuel for your goals. Practical, not prescriptive.
D
Downtime
Sleep and recovery. Where the real change happens.
The Session

A session, from first word to last breath.

01
Check-In
Every session begins with a conversation. How was your morning? How did you sleep? The plan exists, but it adapts to you.
02
Breathwork
Before a single rep, we shift your state. Calming or energising – whatever you need. This is where it starts.
03
Mobilisation
Targeted movement work. Yoga-informed, Primal Move techniques. Your body gets prepared properly.
04
Training
Strength, cardio, metabolic conditioning. Adapted to your programme phase and your state today.
05
Cool-Down
Post-workout stretching and a proper cool-down. Sometimes that includes a period of stillness or a relaxation pose — but always a considered close, never a rushed finish.
06
Debrief
How the session felt. What's coming next. What to focus on between now and next time. The session doesn't end when the exercise stops.
Credentials

The credentials behind the quiet.

Mobility, breath and movement have been part of my training for as long as I can remember — long before most coaches were thinking that way. My background is the Royal Marines, but the discipline always sat alongside something quieter: yoga, breathwork, the understanding that how you recover matters as much as how you train. I qualified as a personal trainer in London in 2007, spent years coaching highly stressed executives in the corporate sector, then moved to Ibiza and built a practice around private retreats. I’m an Oxygen Advantage instructor. I’ve coached CEOs, founders, and their families for over fifteen years. Everything I coach, I’ve lived.

The Approach

Programmes, not sessions.

Cotswold Commando works on structured coaching programmes – 8 to 12 weeks built around your life, your home, and your goals. Each programme covers all seven pillars of the COMMAND Framework. In-person sessions are supported by app-based coaching between visits. Programmes, check-ins, breathwork protocols, accountability – all in one place. Single sessions are available, but the programme is where the real work happens.

In their words

I came for the training. I stayed for the breathing. It changed everything – my sleep, my energy, the way I handle stress. I didn't know how badly I needed this.

Company founder, 54

No other trainer has ever started a session by asking how I slept. That tells you everything about the difference.

Former executive, Burford

Discreet, structured, and quietly relentless. Exactly what I was looking for.
